The AquaIllumination (AI) Axis 20 is an ultra-compact, controllable DC centrifugal return pump designed specifically for small all-in-one (AIO) and nano aquariums. Its distinct vertical form factor allows it to draw water from the bottom and pump it out the top, making it perfect for tight filtration compartments.

  • Smart Wireless Control: Features native Bluetooth control allowing you to program custom flow schedules through the myAI® or Mobius mobile apps. It can also be integrated into Neptune Systems Apex Fusion using an MXM module. 
  • Anti-Back-Siphon Calibration: You can calibrate the pump so that during "Feed Mode," it safely drops to an idle speed. This prevents water from siphoning backward into your filtration chamber and stops air bubbles when normal operation resumes. 
  • Coordinated Pump Modes: Wirelessly syncs with other AI devices (like Nero powerheads or Blade lights) so that pressing a physical button on one controller triggers Feed or Maintenance modes across all connected equipment. 
  • Quiet Operation: The energy-efficient DC motor is paired with vibration-dampening rubber feet to keep operation nearly completely silent.
